The renovation of an old warehouse in the Mecenate area of Milan allow to create an industrial-styled apartments. 

The client expressed the desire to have a custom project developed on two floors with a free plan, natural light, and a small outdoor space, for a single person or a maximum of 2 people.

The ideal space would have a delicate atmosphere that creates a sophisticated environment, light colours that give greater brightness in contrast to the elegant use of black, accessories with contrasting colour accents and transparent and glossy elements.
